Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms apply to the Déclic iPhone app, made by Rohit Bajaj. By using Déclic you agree to them and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
The app
Déclic helps you learn French vocabulary for the TCF Canada and TEF Canada exams. The app, its word library, daily review, audio and the exam countdown widget are free.
Widget Unlock
- The word widgets are free for 3 days after you finish setup. After that, they need the Widget Unlock.
- The Widget Unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once and keep it on your Apple ID.
- Payment is handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You can restore your purchase on a new device from Settings → Restore purchase.
Content
We work hard to make every entry accurate, but language learning content can contain mistakes. If you spot one, please use "Report a problem with this entry" in the app. Déclic is a study aid: it doesn't guarantee any exam result or immigration outcome.
Not affiliated
Déclic is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to France Éducation International, CCI Paris Île-de-France, Le français des affaires, or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). TCF and TEF are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the app helps you prepare for.
Fair use
Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app's content, or try to reverse-engineer the app.
Liability
Déclic is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll change the date above when we do.
