The widget doesn't show up

Open Déclic once, then long-press your Lock Screen → Customize → Lock Screen → tap the widget area → find Déclic. The guide is also in the app: Settings → How to add widgets.

I bought the Widget Unlock on another iPhone

Open Settings in Déclic and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

A word or example looks wrong

Open the word, scroll down and tap "Report a problem with this entry". It comes straight to us.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
